We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are family-operated, so when something is not right, we own it and resolve it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I contact you before you ever need to contact us.
